- Your data never touches the public internet. You can’t reach the public internet from privateLINE.
- Our data centers are “bank grade” with upgraded security, in a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) rack with all fiber connections.
- All privateLINE applications have been reviewed for data leaks and security. They are hardcoded to only operate inside our enclave and can’t communicate to the internet.
- Our subscription business model ensures you are our first priority. You are the customer, not an advertiser or data collector, and we promise this in writing through our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- We don’t keep your payment information and you can pay anonymously with cryptocurrencies or anonymous gift cards.
- A phone number is not required to use our service (unlike many secure messengers).
- We don’t use third party or Big Tech services like support ticketing, website analytics, authentication single sign on, CAPTCHA, or links to Google anything such as fonts, tools, etc. because they can leak your data.
